Selon nos informations, Me Denis Séraphin Somé, maire de la commune de Niego dans la province du Ioba, dans la région du Sud-ouest, a démissionné du parti du lion, l’Union pour le progrès et le changement (UPC) de Zéphirin Diabré, ce après 7 ans passés dans ledit parti. Selon nos informations, l’intéressé a rendu le tablier parce que « la ligne politique et la stratégie électorale actuelles du parti sont en totale contradiction avec les principes et valeurs qui ont guidé mon engagement politique ». A noter qu’il était jusque-là le secrétaire national chargé de la justice et des droits de l’homme, membre du bureau politique national de l’UPC.
